Creation Of Action

Step 1: In CSM Portal-->click Action.

Step 2: In action, enter the required fields-->Click Save.

To View the action created, click Accounts Dashboard-->Select the particular account.

Navigate to the Playbook tab.

The created action can be viewed here.

Edit Action – Can add/change the details of the action created.

Skip Action – Can skip the action created.

Assign Action – Can assign the action to any user.

Remind Action – Can set the reminder for the action created.

Mark as complete – It helps to complete the action successfully.
