2a. How to create a Team and add members?

Step-1: Click on the Admin portal from the top right corner drop-down.

Step-2: Select Teams from the User & Teams Module in the Admin portal.

Step-3: Choose the New team, add a name for the New team and click save. The New team gets created successfully.

Step-4: Click on the created team select the ‘Add Member’

Step-5: Select the member, member type, and save.

Note: Member type can be changed using the check box too.
