3 d. How to transfer Account ownership?

Step-1: Select the Accounts module from the Admin Portal-->Click on the account for which the user has to be assigned--> select the ‘Users’ radio button-->Tap ’Transfer Account Ownership’

Step-2: Fill in the details of the account transferred from and transferred to fields and click transfer.

Now, ‘abcd’ (Status=Inactive as the toggle switch is OFF for the user in the user module) is not the Primary CSM but ‘User test ‘is the Primary CSM.

Note: To remove a user from the account use the check box ‘unassign data admin (in this ex.) from the account’.

Data Admin is removed from the account.Transferred and Removed.
