Organizational Hierarchy

Step 1: In CSM Portal -->click Accounts Dashboard

Step 2: After clicking the accounts--> Select any Particular Account

Step 3: Choose the Organizational Hierarchy tab. The Organizational Hierarchy is displayed.

'Reports To' column in contact creation are used for the 'Organizational Hierarchy' mapping.

Example: Anthony Gildon reports to Harding Pearce.
