Account Timeline

Step 1: In CSM Portal -->click Accounts Dashboard.

Step 2: After clicking the accounts--> Select any Particular Account.

Step 3: Choose the Timeline tab. Action performed in the account in a particular timeline will be displayed.

Day/Week/Month can be selected to view the activity in that particular time interval.

Click on (+Zoom In) to View Actions in the past.

Click on (-Zoom Out) to View Actions in the future.
