How to Transfer the Account of One CSM to Another?

Whenever the accounts of a particular CSM has to be transferred to a new CSM , the Transfer option can be used.

Step-1:  Go to Admin Portal-->Select ‘User and Teams’ module -->Select ‘User’-->Choose the specific User -->Tap ’Transfer’

Step-2: Fill in the details of the select Accounts, Transfer teams, and Transfer to, and click ‘Transfer’

Note: In select accounts, the accounts assigned through teams do not appear.
These accounts get transferred only when the team(s) is /are selected in the Transfer Team option.

Now, Nikita Shinde’s accounts are transferred to Erich Bachman.

Disabling the user makes the user inactive. The user can no more access Success4.
