Salesforce EPA Integration
The Salesforce EPA Integration is used in Playbooks, Success plans, and automated triggers. This makes it very easy and straightforward to integrate with Salesforce and update leads, contacts, cases, etc.
The Salesforce API is needed to set up the EPA for Salesforce integration with the Access token, Client ID, Client Secret, Auth URL, and callback URL.
Once the EPA is saved and set up, you can then use this in Playbooks, Success plans, etc.
In this example, a case can be created with a Subject and Description and this will then be reflected in your Salesforce cases instance.
