4e. How to Assign Playbook to Multiple/ All accounts?

Step-1: Click on the Admin Portal-->Select Actions Module-->Choose the specific playbook and click the ‘Assign Play to Accounts’ option.

Step-2:Here there are two options

i)  Playbook can be assigned to all accounts by checking the ‘Assign All Accounts’ check box and click 'save'.

ii)Select Multiple Accounts and click 'save'. That particular playbook get assigned to the selected multiple accounts.


Here the accounts are Google and Tesla

Step-3 : The play book assigned can be viewed in the

i)CSM -->Actions Dashboard.

ii)CSM-->Accounts-->Select particular account  from Accounts Listing-->Navigate to Playbook tab



Note:Please make sure to use the right filter /search options.
