Contact Creation

Step 1: In CSM Portal -->click Accounts Dashboard

Step 2: After clicking the accounts--> Select any Particular Account


Step 3: Choose the Contacts tab  --> Click +New Contact

Step 4: Fill in the relevant contact details and click Save.

Note: The required fields should not be left blank.

New Contact gets created successfully.

Step 5: Pin Contact-Displays the particular contact in the list of Key Contacts in the Summary tab.


Step 6: Edit Contact-Can add /change details of the contact created.

Step 7: Notes- Can add notes to the contact created. Click New Note-->Add Note-->Save.

Step 8: LinkedIn Profile- This icon navigates to the LinkedIn profile of the contact.

Step 9: Delete Contact-Contact gets deleted permanently.
