1f. How to unassign an User's account?

Go to Admin Portal-->Select ‘User and Teams’ module -->Select ‘User’-->Choose the specific user(ex. ab cd)  -->Tap on ‘Unassign Account’-->Click ‘Confirm’.

The user is unassigned from the account.

Note: The account assigned using teams cannot be unassigned using this option.
